2oz Sudachi Chu
1tsp Simple Syrup
3 leaves Shiso leaves
*Siso, Oba - Japanese herb. Japanese people use for Tenpura, Pickles or with Sashimi etc.
Directions: Smash Shiso leaves in the old fashioned glass (Japanese basil) and mix with other ingredients and shake up with a lot of ice. Pour in some club soda before serving. Finally Splashed of club soda.
Comment: Twisted Japanese version of famous Mojito. This is very refreshing cocktail, perfect for summer time.
