Flavor: Well balanced IPA with bright, excitable hops and smooth malty sweetness

Food Pairings: Sushi and other Japanese Dishes. Spicy Meat Dishes and Stews.

Tasting Notes: Gorgeous perfume of freshly fallen pine needles and lemon zest rises in plumes from the cloudy and light amber IPA in the glass. Medium bodied, a little fruity, a little hoppy, and a little malty. Insurmountably balanced and great for both beginners and long-time fans of the IPA style.
