Tama no Megumi

1.00

Hops: Nugget, Cascade

ABV: 5.50%

Brewery Location: Tokyo

Style: Bottle Conditioned

Nose: Semi-sweet citrus notes

Flavor: Rich and flavorful with hints of honey and a bit of a bitter hoppy kick

Food Pairings: Sausages, Meat Dishes, lightly seasaoned dishes.

Tasting Notes: Like with Champagne, within each bottle of Tama no Megumi Pale Ale, a secondary fermentation continues to occur. Flavors soften, expand and develop, and it can be enjoyed at various stages in aging for up to 5 years after it has left the brewery. When fresh you can enjoy the hoppy aroma, and when aged it will be more fruit-forward and have a heightened depth of flavor.
