Tasting Notes: Square One is made to represent the original simplistic robustness of Edo period sake. It is recommended to enjoy this sake with food, either chilled or warmed depending on the dish. The special ceramic bottle can be placed directly into a hot water bath for heating, but remember to open the top while doing so!
