Tasting Notes:  Senkin’s Modern Muku is the brewery’s flagship and comes highly recommended as a daily sake; as comfortable to wear as a clean white shirt. “Muku” refers to purity and innocence; no excessive decorations. In the modern series, malic acid is the main component responsible for the uniquely tight, bright and fruity umami-richness. Brilliant apple-like aromatics emanate from this sake, and the brewery encourages drinkers to try sipping it from Bordeaux wine glasses to truly discover the sensory potential of this brew.
