Ingredients:
2 oz Suigei Junmai Ginjo Koiku 54
1 oz vodka
2 tsp shio koji
Black pepper to garnish
Directions:
1. Add Suigei Junmai Ginjo Koiku 54, vodka, and shio koji into a shaker.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass.
3. Garnish it with freshly crushed black pepper.
