Tasting Notes: Aged in-bottle, and never carbon filtered (roka), this sake retains all of the delicious flavors and textures the brewers coaxed out of the rice during brewing. The soft and round flavors characterize this dry and very smooth sake as one to be enjoyed alongside any meal. Highly recommended to be served warm and room temperature as well as chilled.

Profile: Takajiman Shuzo has been brewing sake since the dawn of the Meiji period, originally under the name Takigawa Shuzo. At present, they are owned and operated by the family's 4th generation son, and Toji (head brewer) is also part of the family. They aim to the best sake for food pairings, and try every day to brew according to their motto; "To make a sake where one person drinks a hundred cups, rather than one cup drank by a hundred people."Their sake was served at the G7 summit.
