Dirty Pink Saketini


Sake Brewery: Miyao Sake Brewing

Ingredients: 
2 pinches beni-shoga (pickled gin-ger), muddled with brine

2 oz Shimeharitsuru Tsuki

1 oz vodka

1 dash dry vermouth

Cucumber to garnish


Directions: 

1. Add 2 pinches of beni-shoga with some brine into a shaker and muddle well.

2. Add Shimeharitsuru Tsuki, vodka, and dry vermouth.

3. Shake well and double-strain into a glass.

4. Garnish it with thinly sliced cucumber.
