A small intimate event welcomed a small group of Noguchi enthusiasts to a special screening of the documentary, NOGUCHI -酒造りの神様. The film offers a behind-the-scenes look at the kurabito of the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute during one grueling brewing season as they craft a rare Yamadanishiki Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo. After the movie, guests were able to taste the sake featured in the film as well as additional selections from Noguchi’s highly acclaimed sake lineup.
