Tasting Notes
While refreshing in character, it also offers a firm sense of depth and richness. Enjoyable well chilled, it is also recommended slightly warmed (nurukan.) As a food-friendly sake, it remains engaging without becoming tiring, delivering a clean, crisp finish with a well-balanced acidity on the palate.
