Profile: The brewery craft the sake using the pure water from the southern foot of Yatsugatake, which is pumped from a well on the premises, and high-quality domestic rice. Since the 1950s, the brewery have been constantly trying to make sake in line with the times, such as producing and selling ginjo sake, junmai ginjo sake, and raw sake ahead of other companies. In addition, since the brewery own rice milling equipment and refrigeration equipment, they take responsibility for everything from rice milling to sales.
