This wine is made using 100% Chardonnay from Ajimu and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. The color of the wine is a vibrant lemon yellow with a hint of green. The aroma is complex, featuring citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, fruity flavors reminiscent of green apple, and a toasty, bready fragrance. Upon tasting, the bubbles are fine and delicate, with lively fruit flavors spreading across the palate. The wine has a sharp, crisp acidity and a mineral character that forms the backbone of its taste.
