Lake Effect Junmai Nigori

$0.00

Tasting Notes

This cloudy-style sake is crafted by fermenting and pressing a traditional Junmai, then blending in amazake—a weather phenomenon where cold air passing over warmer lake waters produces heavy snow. Medium bodied, and well balanced with a creamy mouthfeel. Hints of sweetness and rice forward notes on the palate that meld with the bright fruit flavor such as pear, and golden apple.

Food Pairings: Pair with spicy dishes such as curries, tortilla soup, or buffalo wings. Also a great addition to desserts like dark chocolate mousse or tarte tatin
