Number 14 Junmai Ginjo Nama

$0.00

Tasting Notes

Crafted from a blend of Yamada Nishiki and Calrose, Number Fourteen marks New York's first Junmai Ginjo. Their flagship—and still a favorite—this sake achieves a harmonious balance: the richness of Calrose, the softness of Yamada Nishiki, and a pronounced expression of the distinctive aromatic character of sake yeast. Named Number Fourteen in honor of their Master Brewer Brandon's fourteenth recipe while developing the Brooklyn Kura style in their first brewing lab. Light bodied, delicate structure, soft aroma of flower and apple, notes of tropical fruit.
