Something beyond “natural.” Senkin Organic Nature is an ultra-natural sake revived through ancient brewing methods. Crafted with absolutely no additives—using only rice, rice kōji, and water—it fully draws out the vitality of organically grown Kame-no-O rice, cultivated from heirloom seed stock and returned to its origins. In doing so, it creates the one-and-only world of Senkin.
The philosophy of “Nature” transcends the boundaries of genre and culture, creating connections across different forms of craftsmanship. Even distinct worlds such as vin nature and craft beer can connect through this idea of “Nature,” making all craftsmanship increasingly borderless.
