Edo-gaeri. "Retro" means going back to the past; cherishing and appreciating the good old things. This is a new kind of retro - a sweet and sour Senkin sake that brings back memories of 20 years ago. This is the only sake in the Edo-gaeri series where you can experience the power of Omachi rice, tracing the path it has walked. ※ Brewed with the traditional kimoto starter method, no additives, and using groundwater from the Kinu River. The aroma is simple and fresh, reminiscent of banana or melon. The flavor is full of the distinct sweetness and acidity characteristic of both Omachi rice and Senkin sake.
