Soujo Kubota Seppou "White" Junmai Daiginjo
Tasting Notes
Kubota Seppou is crafted to evoke the arrival and vitality of spring—snowmelt, budding greenery, and the season’s gentle awakening. Carefully selected rice is used, with low-temperature fermentation during winter and ice-cold storage to preserve its fresh, delicate aroma. It features fruity notes reminiscent of muscat grapes and musk melon. On the palate, a gentle balance of sweetness and acidity is complemented by subtle rice umami. Enjoy its crisp finish at 10–15°C, or its blossoming aroma at room temperature. Pairs beautifully with spring mountain vegetables and other seasonal dishes.
