AOMORI
Origin of “Mutsu Hassen”
The Chinese legend of the Eight Suihassen (the story of eight immortals who drink alcohol) tells many anecdotes about the immortals and interesting ways of enjoying alcohol. They named
this product "Mutsu Hassen" with the hope that drinkers will enjoy alcohol in the state of mind of the immortals.
Tasting Notes
Upon tasting, a magnificent aroma unfolds—evocative of a blossoming flower. The moment it touches the palate, a mellow sweetness and gentle acidity harmonize in perfect balance, gliding down the throat with astonishing smoothness. While the epitome of drinkability, the finish remains utterly refined and graceful. It is an elegant bottle to be savored slowly, over time.
