Tasting Notes
Unpasteurized sake, when kept under standard refrigeration, continues to ferment, gradually compromising its freshness. To address this, “sake Q TYPE F” preserves freshly pressed namazake in KEG DRAFT barrels, where vacuum-controlled conditions and cold storage inhibit further fermentation and maintain peak freshness. As part of the evolving “sake Q” series, it is bottled from the KEG DRAFT just once a month. The brewery’s dedication to handcraftsmanship and its philosophy of sake-making are conveyed through a video accessible via QR code. By withholding technical specifications, they invite the drinker to set aside preconceptions and experience the sake purely through the senses—discovering its excellence firsthand.
