Kishu-Kumano Distillery, home of Japan’s 100% locally made unique spirits. What makes them unique is that they produce all their spirits from scratch in their own distillery in Wakayama, which is the wealthiest agricultural city of Japan. All of their spirits are made using water from their original pure ground-water. With over fifty years of experience, they have started producing whisky in 2017, which are now sold in over forty countries.

Tasting Notes
This Pure Malt whisky is aged for three years and then finished in a Mizunara cask for an additional six months. Mizunara, a unique Japanese oak, provides a pleasant aroma and a smooth, mild taste to the whisky.

Rice lager made with Niigata Prefecture's celebrated Koshi Hikari rice. Has fine and persistent carbonation, and a clean, crisp flavor from the super premium rice. Using the Decoction method, Echigo Brewery maximizes the flavor from the rice and malt.
Nose: Has the sweet aroma of freshly steamed rice, with a delicate and hoppy perfume.
Flavor: Clean, crisp and refreshing. Has a quiet intensity not found in most other rice lagers.
