KAGOSHIMA
Tasting Notes
A shochu made by using a coarser filtration of our flagship brand Yayoi, allowing more of its rich umami to remain. Though it has a full-bodied character, it finishes with a light mouthfeel. The flavor features nutty aromas and a sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits.
