Espresso Martini
Shochu Brand: Kintaro,
Barley Shochu
Made especially for coffee enthusiasts, this drink is a match made in heaven. The Kintaro shochu pairs excellently with the espresso, energizing the body.
INGREDIENTS

“Shochu Rocks” Sake School of America seminar
- 2oz Kintaro Shochu 
- 2oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka 
- 2oz fresh espresso 
- pinch of Maldon salt 
DIRECTIONS
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin. 
- Top with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 
- Strain into a martini glass.
