Shimeharitsuru
A drink mixed with Shimeharitsuru and vodka. There are also a hint of sourness from the pickled ginger. This is a great refreshing drink for those that like a bit of sour.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Shimeharitsuru Tsuki 
- 2 pinches beni-shoga (pickled ginger), muddled with brine 
- 1 oz vodka 
- 1 dash dry vermouth 
- Cucumber 
DIRECTIONS
- Add 2 pinches of beni-shoga with some brine into a shaker and muddle well. 
- Add Shimeharitsuru Tsuki, vodka, and dry vermouth. 
- Shake well and double-strain into a glass.
