Mori no Kumasan (Forest Bear)

Wander through the delicate flavors of fine matcha with hints of citrus lime. This drink not only delights the palate with its remarkable taste but indulges in a bear-y fun experience.

“Shochu Rocks” Sake School of America seminar
- 1 bar spoon of culinary grade matcha powder (Fine Grade) 
- 0.5oz freshly squeezed lime juice 
- 0.5oz simple syrup 
- Fever Tree Ginger Beer 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix fine grade matcha powder with 0.5 oz of hot water until it dissolves. 
- Add the mix into a shaker tin along with shochu, lime juice and simple syrup. 
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 
- Pour into a rocks glass. 
- Add ice and top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
