Imo Shochu

Taste this fine shochu with a hint of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

• 30ml Satsuma Shiranami

• 10ml Fino Sherry

• 7ml Dry Vermouth

• 1 spoon Italicus

• 8ml Peach Syrup

• 10ml Lychee Liqueur

• 1 spoon Paychaud’s Bitter

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients inside mixing tin.

2. Swirl the tin first and then stir.

3. Gently pour mixture into the glass.
