ABOUT THE BREWERY
Founded in 1688, AMABUKI Brewery, have been earnestly brewing sake while cultivating knowledge about sake brewing techniques and passing them on to future generations. They use fresh soft water flown from a local mountain, Mt. Sefuri in Saga prefecture, high-quality rice carefully selected from various regions, and yeast suitable for what we want to make. Paying homage to the way their predecessors had while possessing new sensibilities, their brewers produce one unique sake after another.
