Tomino Houzan and Raisins on the Rock

Shochu Brand: Tomino Houzan,
Sweet Potato Shochu

Time: 15 sec

Ingredients: 
2oz Tomino Houzan
2/3oz Raisins Juice
Marinate Raisins in Tomino Houzan for over night

Directions: Tomino houzan on the rock and pour in some of the raisin marinated Tomino Houzan. Serve with big rock ice and raisins as garnish. It is not necessary with big rock ice.
Poured into old fashioned glass. Garnish Raisin.

Comment: Sweetness and deep flavor of raisin soaked out into fruity Tomino Houzan.
