Towari of the Soba-Ya

Shochu Brand: Towari,
Buckwheat Shochu

Time: 10 sec

Ingredients: 
2oz Towari
2oz Sobayu

Directions: Mix Towari Shochu with *Sobayu. Serve with wasabi paste and other Japanese spices on side if you want.
*Sobayu- Sobayu is the hot water in which soba's been cooked.

Comment: This Cocktail is little difficult to make if you don't have soba, so great cocktail for soba restaurant or noodle restaurants.
